Bluestem Master Naturalists

Grayson County Texas Master Naturalists

Bluestem chapter is the Grayson County Chapter of Texas Master Naturalists. The Texas Master Naturalists are dedicated to developing a corps of well-informed volunteers who provide education, outreach, and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas within their communities. That is our official definition. We are people who love being outdoors, learning about the birds and the bees, the plants and the trees, fish in the seas,  and rivers and lakes, where opossum and deer, racoons and bear come to drink. And that makes us want to understand the connections of ecologies and what's important to our environment. If this sounds like you, check out our other pages.

Want to be a Master Naturalist? Look for classes in 2014.
